If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase due to workmanship or factory defects, we will be happy to accept an exchange or a return for store credit. Items being returned for exchange or credit must be returned in their original condition & packaging (includes tags and labels) within 10days of receipt according to the delivery note. The return shipment costs will not be covered by our return policy and please make sure you have sent the return shipment with a tracking service and will be able to reach us in time within the 10days window.

Please note: For exchanges, we only accept even exchanges or exchanges with a lower value. For store credit, this is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
